1. Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests are allowed to enter The Heights compound and the property.
Passport copies of all guests must be provided before check-in.
2. No Smoking Indoors ?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony or in designated outdoor areas only. Please keep all doors and windows closed while smoking.
A THB 10,000 deep-cleaning and deodorising fee will be charged for each indoor smoking incident.
Any damage, including burns to furniture or linens, will be charged separately at the actual repair or replacement cost.
3. Air Conditioning
Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room or property.
Keep all doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running.
4. Housekeeping
Complimentary cleaning service is provided 3 times per week.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Guests can use whole apartment equipment include share swimming pool and fitness center.
Our villa manager can provide all request you may want during your stay such as massage in the villa can be arranged, tours and excursions , restaurant booking, trips guidance and etc.
Grocery list can be requested and arranged with 20% surcharge on top of the bill in advance to be prepared for you on arrival.

For stay 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 500 USD or equivalent 15000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, credit card option for a hold authorization, which will be automatically released within 21-30 days depending on banks processing time.
