5 Bathrooms Villa Omari has five bedrooms, each having its own en-suite bathroom, infinity pool over looking the ocean, kata beach, fully equipped western kitchen, Italian tiled floors and bathrooms. Our maids will assist to prepare and cook breakfast. Luxury villa Omari has sea view over infinity pool, spacious balconies, roof top terrace with the plunge pool with BBQ area. The cinema & game room is equipped with movie projector and surround sound audio to give you the full experience.

The cinema room is equipped with the latest HD movie projector and surround sound audio to give you the full experience. The extensive movie/tv show/sports channels are sure to keep you entertained, the large custom made sofa can seat all guests comfortably. The games room has world class pool table, table football and air-hockey along with chill out seating and a full functioning bar.
The roof top terrace with the plunge pool is a perfect place to relax with over 250 square meters of space with BBQ area, large sofa, day bed and sun loungers. Villa Omari has a total area of a very extravagant 1200 square meters and can be rented up to 12 people

Kindly see below and inform everyone in the group.
* Only registered guests allow to stay at the property
* Kindly turn off aircon units when guests are not in the rooms , when guests leave the property.
* Please do not have windows open when air-condition is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony outdoor area is ok)
* Not allow big party with loud music that could disturb the neighbour.
* We have Complimentary Breakfast Cooking Service include cost for food & ingredients no markup on market prices.
Cleaning service included 3 times per week.
*For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
* Security deposit of 1000 USD or equivalent 35000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check-out day at departure time ,subject to damage or breakages.

Our villa manager can provide all request you may want during your stay such as massage in the villa can be arranged, tours and excursions , restaurant booking, trips guidance and etc. Our maid can provide you some breakfast preparation food at market costs- no mark up). Private cook /chef service can be also arrange at cost.
Grocery list can be requested 20% set charge on the actual bill, please request in advance so we can prepare for you on arrival.
Cleaning service included 6 times per week.
For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 1000 USD or equivalent 35000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check-out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.
