Located in the most desirable Kata Hill in Phuket, Thailand, is a three minute-drive from Kata Beach, one minute walk to Sentosa wellness centre and healthy eating restaurant and a fifty minute drive from Phuket International Airport. The luxurious villa is located in close proximity Kata and Kata noi beaches and to local & world-class international restaurants, local shops and supermarkets, all within a five-minute drive.

Kindly see below and inform everyone in the group.
* Only registered guests allow to stay at the property
* Kindly turn off aircon units when guests are not in the rooms , when guests leave the property.
* Please do not have windows open when air-condition is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony outdoor area is ok)
* Not allow big party with loud music that could disturb the neighbour.
* We have Complimentary Breakfast Cooking Service include cost for food & ingredients no markup on market prices.
*For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
* Security deposit of 1000 USD or equivalent 35000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check-out day at departure time ,subject to damage or breakages.

Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including the infinity pool, cinema room, games room, rooftop terrace, and all indoor and outdoor living areas.
Our team is available throughout your stay to assist with check-in, airport transfers, recommendations, and any additional services you may need, while still giving you complete privacy to enjoy the villa.
Our villa manager can provide all request you may want during your stay such as massage in the villa can be arranged, tours and excursions , restaurant booking, trips guidance and etc. Our maid can provide you some breakfast preparation food at market costs- no mark up). Private cook /chef service can be also arrange at cost.
Grocery list can be requested 20% set charge on the actual bill, please request in advance so we can prepare for you on arrival.
Complimentary housekeeping service provided 6 days per week (Except Sunday)
