Kindly see below and inform everyone in the group.
* Only registered guests allow to stay at the property
* Kindly turn off aircon units when guests are not in the rooms , when guests leave the property.
* Please do not have windows open when air-condition is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony outdoor area is ok)
* Not allow big party with loud music that could disturb the Neighbour.
*Pets are not allowed.

You’ll have the entire villa to yourself, including the private pool, all five
bedrooms, and the full kitchen.
Our local team can help with airport transfers, day trips, or in-villa services, so
you can relax from the moment you arrive.
Our villa manager will be greeting you on arrival and departure. During your stay, we have on call villa manger to assist our guests.
I'm also available all time on messages, emails and call to make sure you my clients having wonderful stay.

The check in time is 15.00 hrs and check out time is 12.00 hrs
For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 1000 USD or equivalent 30000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check-out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.
