* Kindly turn off aircon when not use and when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
* Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

Guests have full private use of the entire villa and pool. You’ll also have access to Katamanda Estate’s shared facilities, including a fitness center, tennis court, and estate pool.
Our dedicated villa team provides check-in assistance, local tips, and optional daily services such as cleaning, grocery delivery, or private chef meals to make your stay effortless.
Our villa manager will be greeting you on arrival and departure. During your stay, we will create whasapp group with our team and villa manger to assist our guests.

Cleaning service included 6 times per week.
For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 800 - 800 USD or equivalent will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.
Kindly note living has designed open space and high ceiling, there is no aircon in living room. it has ceiling fan and nice breeze throughout the area as its open-plan windows.
All 6 bedrooms have aircon each room.
There are TVs in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.
Bedroom 1 and 2 are upper floor
Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6 are on lower floor
