The Katamanda villa estate has 24hr, 7 day a week security. Guests of the villa can also enjoy a fitness, tennis court and pool facilities. Only short walk to Katanoi beach and Kata beach; surrounding by many restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, convenient store, and entertainments. You won’t find a better locations than Katamanda Estate.
The villa is located in luxury estate 24hr security , fallacies with tennis court, fitness and pool. Only within 10 mins walk to beaches, restaurants, cafe, convenient store.
This villa is ideally situated only 5 minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata. Apart from great shopping, with everything from boutiques to street-side markets, Kata is recognized as having some of the best restaurants in Phuket. For spectacular sunsets we can recommend one of the hilltop restaurants above Kata.

* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 1000 USD or equivalent 30000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
