* Kindly turn off aircon when not use.
* Please turn off aircon units when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
* Please not have windows open when aircon is on.
* Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of THB 25000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 700 USD or equivalent 25000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
