The spacious, two-storey villa is modern and contemporary with interiors of warm colors which complement the verdant gardens and the mesmerizing sea views. Baan Kata Sooksan is available to rent individually, or in combination with any of its neighboring villas within Katamanda Estate to accommodate larger groups.
Luxurious outdoor living is on display at Baan Kata Sooksan. A terrace runs the length of the villa and there are sun loungers and comfortable chairs to relax in.
The lounge and dining room are located on the first floor of the villa. Eco friendly wicker furniture is positioned throughout this communal living space, while the modern kitchen is fully functional and well-equipped with cooking utensils and appliances.
Each of the three bedrooms at Baan Kata Sooksan feature king-size beds and plenty of space to laze about and relax. The bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms with refreshing rain showers. * Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 500 USD or equivalent 15000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
