An absolutely stunning villa, Villa Makata 2 has high wood-beamed ceilings, large sliding windows and cozy corners. The villa is bright and airy with a modern, open-plan kitchen and gorgeous wooden dining table which seats six people. Villa Makata 2 has three outstanding bedrooms. Located on the ground level, the Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and private balcony.

* Kindly turn off aircon when not use and when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
* Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.

Security deposit of 700 USD or equivalent 25000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
