An absolutely stunning villa, villa B3 has high wood-beamed ceilings, large sliding windows and cozy corners. Located on the ground level, the Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and private balcony.

The Guest Bedroom has a king-size bed, tiled ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and air-conditioning. It’s located on the lower level of Villa Makata 2. The third bedroom, the Twin Bedroom, is located on the ground level overlooking the pool. It features a large ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.
The vast outdoor terrace of Katamanda villa B3 is home to a beautiful blue-tiled pool. The outdoor terrace is sheltered and private, and it’s ideal for impromptu barbecues or midnight chats.
Guests of our villa can enjoy exclusive access to the on-site clubhouse which includes a fitness center, tennis court and outdoor swimming pool. * No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 600 USD or equivalent 25000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
