Katamanda Luxury Villa Amanzi is oceann view villa near Kata Noi Beach. Villa Amanzi is a luxury villa that designed for entertaining, privacy and complete comfort. The large villa is Spread across three levels on the hillside overlooking Kata Noi Beach. The living and dining areas offer top-quality facilities. We provide maid service and chef in house for our guests.Villa Amanzi is convertible to six bedrooms.Five of the bedrooms feature king-size beds and one of the bedrooms has twin beds.

House rule , kindly inform everyone in your group.

* Kindly turn off aircon when not use and when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
* Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.

Other things to note

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.

Security deposit of 800 USD or equivalent 30000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
